In Honor of our Veterans today let us remember the sacrifice they have given for our freedom.
Thank You all who have and are serving, and for the spouses who serve right along by their sides caring for their families while they are gone. And especially for those whom have given the ultimate price, may God Bless you!
My husband is the Commander of the VFW #1421 here in our little town. He was honored today to speak at the memorial service for our fallen veterans in our area. We then enjoyed a meal at the post for their brothers and sisters.
Yup, there he is at the top. Handsome man! Proud of him! The long haired boy in the green shirt is our son. It turned out to be a beautiful day after weeks of rain the sun was out and it was nice and cool outside. What a beautiful day to honor our fallen heroes!
