Pink Ice Using the Black Ice Technique

Good Afternoon Everybody!

Today I played around with the new technique called Black Ice. I heard you could do it in Pink for a Pink Ice affect so I just had to try it!! What do you think?

Let's get started! 😁

The supplies you will need are:
Melon Mambo Card Stock 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
Black Card Stock 5 1/4" x 4"
Silver Foil Card Stock 3 3/4" x 5"
Whisper White 5 1/4" x 4"

Basic Black Archival Ink
Melon Mambo Ink
Versa Mark Ink
Clear Embossing Powder
and a stamp set of your choice ( I used Flower Shop)
Heat Gun

First you drag your ink pad across the Silver Foil card stock, then dry with a Heat Gun.

Stamp your image in Basic Black Archival Ink, then dry that with a Heat Gun.

Dab your Versa Mark Pad all over the stamped paper until nice and coated. Now cover your paper with Clear Embossing Powder.

Heat with Heating Gun until shinny.

To assemble your layers,  wrap your ribbon around your Silver Foil paper. Adhere the Silver Foil paper to the Black card stock then adhere that to the Melon Mambo card stock which you have folded in half. Take your Whisper White card stock and stamp your greeting or image then adhere inside the card.

Add some bling and there you have it!

I hope you enjoyed today's techinque!! I had fun making it for you!!

Thanks,
Deb B.
